Please read carefully before placing any order as these terms and conditions will apply to all transactions with Bolly Bulbs.  By using this site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.  Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

All references to the 'company', 'us' or 'we' will refer to Bolly Bulbs. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company.  All references to the website shall include reference to all URL's owned by Bolly Bulbs.


All prices are shown in Pound Sterling (£).  We aim to offer goods at reasonable and competitive prices, if however due to circumstances beyond our control, we deem it necessary to alter any advertised price, we reserve the right to do so without prior notice.


We accept orders by the following method: Online transaction (PayPal). All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and must be authorised by the card issuer.  PayPal accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch and Solo plus many more. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. We are unable to accept or process any credit/debit card orders without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

Cancellation Policy

Outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failure to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.


All of our products are delivered free of charge. Orders placed by 2pm are dispatched the same day. Live plants and bare roots will be sent first class for next day delivery to minimise their time in transit. Sundries and non-perishable goods may be sent via Royal Mail second class, who aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. Some of our products can be pre-ordered for a later dispatch, this will always be clearly noted at time of purchase. Due to customs restrictions we can only deliver to the UK and mainland EU. Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales and within a maximum of 10 days. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 28 days, we will inform you and advise you of the expected delivery date.


We are committed to selling only the highest quality produce. Taking into consideration the efforts we make daily, please also note that your plants are living organisms and their germination and growth depends on many factors, such as temperature, soil type, humidity and the frequency with that they are watered, sowing time and conditions, use of fertilizers and plant protection agents (pesticides), as well as weather and climate conditions. We provide help by sharing the accurate and up-to-date sowing and growing information; however, we cannot bear any responsibility for the plants that were not cultivated in conditions appropriate for given species.


We take every care to ensure the goods supplied are of the highest quality, if you find any problem with your purchases please let us know as soon as possible. In the unlikely event of your consignment being damaged in transit, please sign for the delivery as damaged and advise us within seven days of receipt.

Very occasionally there’s a mistake and goods can be mixed up in the supply process. In the very rare instance that this occurs, please get in touch. A photograph of the product you have recieved may be required. In the case of dormant bulbs send us a photo when they bloom, this will enable us to contact our growers for an explanation. We will naturally replace, credit or refund any items where this occurs

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please contact us within thirty days of receipt of item. Returned items must be accompanied with the order number supplied at checkout and accompanied by original packaging where applicable. Customers should arrange their own return courier unless pre-arranged by us. After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the entire cost of sales, and if applicable, the cost of return service. All goods must be complete with original packaging. If you are in any doubt, please contact us.


All products offered are guaranteed to arrive in a good condition. Due to the perishable nature of some of our products we can only offer a refund for unwanted goods for seven days after receipt of such products. Non perishable goods are still covered under the distance and online selleing regulations. In the event of a claim, please return your item(s) with a copy of the original invoice to:

Any information displayed on our website(s) or other printed material by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our website is updated regularly.

Pricing and Print Errors

Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Bolly Bulbs until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.


Any complaint can be communicated directly to Bolly Bulbs. We always endeavour to deal with your complaint within two working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately, we will advise a likely time scale to you and keep you informed of any investigations.
